I work within the insurance team, helping clients with the administration and ongoing management of their personal insurance arrangements. I assist with insurance applications, policy updates, premium queries, insurer correspondence, claims administration and general client service matters. I also help with broader administration across the business to ensure client requests are handled efficiently and professionally. I enjoy helping clients make sense of the insurance process and being part of a supportive team. Outside of work, I love spending time with my son Rory, family and friends, and enjoying the outdoors.
